Deliveries outside the core radius but within nearby postcodes may incur a small additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout prior to payment completion.

We understand that plans can change and recipients may be away when we arrive. If no one is home to receive the flowers, our drivers will follow one of these preferred procedures:
- Leave the flowers with a trusted neighbour and post a delivery card through the recipient’s door with full details.
- If leaving with a neighbour is not possible, flowers will be placed in a safe location (e.g. porch, behind a gate), with photographic evidence taken by our driver for your peace of mind.
- In the rare case that neither option is available, the flowers will be returned to our shop and we will arrange a convenient re-delivery time. We will always keep you informed every step of the way for a smooth experience.
